Chyna and Rob have reportedly settled their custody dispute.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have reportedly reached a custody agreement over baby Dream. Just the other day, reports began surfacing that the former couple are being investigated by Child Protective Services over allegations of drug abuse. The investigation reportedly prompted the two to work out a custody arrangement in fear of losing their daughter.

However, it’s unlikely Rob or Chyna will lose custody of baby dream. “Neither of Rob or Chyna is going to lose their kid, to a foster care facility in any situation,” California family law attorney David Pisarra told Hollywood Life.

“Even if Chyna was doing lots of drugs, DCFS would take away the kid and give her to the next competent parent […] Dream would go to Kris Jenner or Kim or whomever was deemed most responsible family member. But that is highly unlikely to happen.” Chyna’s attorney has since refuted the claims that she and Rob are under investigation by CPS. For baby Dream’s sake, we hope that’s true!
